By accessing weborasolutionsllc.store or purchasing from Webora Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

All watches offered on this site are preloved (second-hand) unless expressly stated otherwise. Condition notes, descriptions, and photos are provided in good faith. Preloved pieces may show normal signs of prior wear.

Each listing is authenticated and inspected before sale. Availability is limited; a watch may sell before your order is confirmed.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are generally under $10,000 per watch. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Payment must be completed through our approved checkout methods before a watch ships. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.

Submitting an enquiry or checkout request does not guarantee purchase until we confirm availability and receive payment. We will contact you using the details you provide.

Watches ship fully insured when payment clears and the order is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Risk of loss transfers according to the shipping terms stated at checkout or in our confirmation email.

Because each preloved watch is unique, return eligibility is limited and will be stated in your order confirmation. If a return is approved, the watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all included accessories, within the stated window.

Custom or final-sale items, if marked as such, are non-returnable.

If you offer a watch for sale or trade, you confirm you are the lawful owner and that the watch is free of liens or disputes. Evaluations are estimates until we complete inspection. We may decline any piece at our discretion.

Where offered, our limited warranty covers stated defects for the period listed on the product page or invoice. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, unauthorized service, or misuse.

Manufacturer warranties, if still valid on a preloved piece, are subject to that manufacturer’s terms.

Site content, branding, and imagery on weborasolutionsllc.store are owned by Webora Solutions or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webora Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of preloved watches. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that watch.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
